I ordered the wrong sizes and needed the clothes back asap as I was off on holiday the following week I emailed Tara who responded quickly and then went out of her way to locate my package and make sure it was deployed and out for delivery asap , massive thanks to VQ and Tara for a mega service, ps the quality of the clothing is he best !!! I made a mistake and ordered a size L when mine is M. I send back the jacket and in just 2 days Chris got in touch with me and taked care of everything. Very good customer service! Keep on the good work guys!

Been buying Vanquish clothes for few years now. Recently Chelsea helped me resolve my issue very quickly which I am grateful for.

Top quality customer service! Spoke with Chris regarding an order issue, Chris went above and beyond to resolve and has guaranteed a returning customer. You don’t get customer service as good as this normally so I can’t praise Vanquish and Chris enough. 5 stars all day.

I made a purchase for a sweatpant which happened to have a hole in the pocket. I contacted the customer service and the staff were really helpful expecially TARA. I will like to thank her for great customer service and support to make sure I receive an exchange for item. Becareful with this site, I have been waiting for a month for my items. And I constantly get the same response about not giving my address details which I have sent twice.

I recently had to exchange due to sizing but this was dealt with swiftly with no issues.

I have been dealing with Vanquish Fitness for quite some time - I can not stop buying their products, which I absolutely love. A very satisfied customer.

Recently, I purchased a couple of items as a gift for someone else, which were too large, and so sent them back to be exchanged. Tara, from their customer services team, emailed me back to say that they have received the item and will swiftly send out the right size. Very happy with the service all round!
